The basic privacy policy provided by TSL to its customers guarantees that their personal information that includes their name, address, and email and phone number is kept secret. It is only the prerogative of the company to use it for necessary business processes with the authorization of the client and is as such private and confidential.

This information is kept in a protected location and can be accessed only through the concerned staff. The company website categorically states TSL' policy of not releasing any personal information regarding its clients to third parties except in such cases where it may be essential for helping them achieve the objective for which they have agreed in the first place to impart that information.

TSL further assures its clients of maintaining their privacy by making it clear that none of the visitors are tracked by its computers. Though the computers do recognize the Internet Service Provider used by them, yet the personal information of the visitors like their names, addresses etc are not collected.
